Account & Data Deletion Request

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email support@miriai.app from the email address linked to your Miriai account, or clearly include the linked address in your request.
  2. Only requests from the linked email account, or requests with sufficient ownership proof, will be processed.
  3. Please include your account email, the app name (Miriai / Miri), and a clear statement that you want the account and related data deleted.

We will review the request manually and notify you by email once deletion is complete.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Account identifiers such as email, username, and profile details.
  • Stored user content and generated outputs associated with your account.
  • Support communications linked to your account.

Data That May Be Retained

  • Payment and transaction records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
  • Security, anti-fraud, and audit logs needed to protect users and the service.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that do not identify you.

Retention lasts only as long as required by applicable law or legitimate compliance obligations. We do not keep additional copies beyond those requirements.
